Both the grounds and the units. Several key pad locks that require a code are used for security measures. One to open the front gate and others to open the doors to the buildings. And of course the customer provides an additional lock to secure their unit. Staff is courteous, helpful and professional. One time I lost the key to my lock; they were able to cut it off for me right then and there without any issues. I was also able to purchase a new lock from the front office. Another time the latch on the door to my unit was stuck. It turned out something inside the unit was pushing against the door preventing the latch from opening. Called the front office and again, the manager came right over to assist me. He showed me a little “trick” incase it happens again and I was on my way.

I have used the facility for going on 4 yrs..security, cleanliness, rodent control.. Working with Steve is my main reason for storing there...great people making me ... We absolutely love your facility. It’s always clean and /or plowed and all the lights add so much to the safety of the facility. Steve ... We absolutely love your facility. It’s always clean and /or plowed and all the lights add so much to the safety of the facility. Steve is always wonderful to work with and we love the convenience of your establishment. However, I do not agree with all the rate increases. We have been here since you opened and moved from another facility to High Country. Your rates are so much higher than others. I know you give incentives to lure in new tenants, but what about the tenants that have been loyal to you? I think we deserve a break too.
